Hello dear readers,
Please click on the picture attached because i am too lazy to explain all over again about what happened to my friend , Fifie and I today. I still feel very insulted because the post-feeling after finding out the real motives of her action is hard to get rid of.
Apart from this complaint email , we also decided to make a direct complaint to the management. Fifie called the hotel on first attempt but end up explaining this contemptuous circumstances to the operator. Fifie requested to talk to the manager directly but she said that the manager wasnt around and gonna make sure he gets the message and return the call. Less than 10 minutes he called back which was quick and Fifie had to explained everything back to the manager.The conversation was intensely and tastefully delivered.
I SHOULD HAVE RECORDED THE WHOLE CONVERSATION because at that very time i was holding my phone but knowing me , i got extremely excited seeing and hearing the complaint that ive forgotten to capture the moment. Bugger crap.

I support you girls.... sometimes the way these ppl treats us, unacceptable n ridiculous!!!! When the came up to faced a "mat saleh" or any tourists.... pijak semut pun tak mati....... tak kira lah.... dorang pakai comot ker smart...... Hahahah!

dorg tak amalkan sikap sangka baik. ada ke patut dier sangka buruk kat u. komplain je. serius my dad kan consultant so dier lg complaint memacam, hinggakan pizza hut takmo kasik air putih pon komplain. dpt us nyer apology. padan muka dorg. tak guna nyer makcik.
